CAN I SELL MY HOME TO SOMEONE WHO WANTS TO LIVE IN THE PARK?

No, in almost every instance the park will stay with that eviction for you and your home and will notallow you to sell it to an individual that wants to live in the park and needs park approval to do so.Fortunately, we do not fall under those same guidelines.
